Austin is also home to the Firm’s Affordable Housing and Community Development Section. Our attorneys are experienced in the various public and private financing vehicles for the development of multifamily and single family housing. The team is a distinctive piece of the Firm’s Finance, Banking and Real Estate Department, as is the prominent group of Austin attorneys engaged in real estate lending and related transactions.  

Locke Lord has Texas’ leading Transportation Infrastructure Practice, which is primarily based out of the Austin and Dallas offices. Our clients include governmental and private sector entities engaged in the planning, financing, procurement and construction of major projects throughout Texas and in other states. The Firm has unique experience in transportation policy development throughout the legislative process and in complex procurements, public private partnerships and innovative funding for infrastructure development.
