Kimberly Hulsey

Kimberly Hulsey leads all diversity and inclusion efforts for Locke Lord. She works closely with the Firm's Executive Committee and Diversity and Inclusion Committee leveraging her talent acquisition, HR management, external affairs and in-house legal experience to advance Locke Lord's commitment to recruit, retain, develop and promote diverse talent at all levels and to foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging throughout each of the Firm's offices.

Prior to joining the Firm, she was Managing Director of the In-House Counsel practice at Major, Lindsey & Africa where she advised in-house legal departments on strategic hiring decisions for corporations, government agencies, not-for-profits and higher education institutions and supported her clients' diverse hiring objectives.

Previously, Kimberly served as Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs for Scripps Networks Interactive. In this role, she led the government and industry advocacy initiatives that advanced Scripps' business objectives. She also provided legal support to Scripps' real estate, construction, human resources, bankruptcy, research and corporate social responsibility functions. Before Scripps, Kimberly held senior legal roles with two other national media companies and spent time at both a boutique cable regulatory law firm and the FCC.
