Locke Lord Represents Comstock Oil & Gas-Louisiana in Acquisition of Louisiana Oil and Gas Assets From Enduro Resource Partners
A Locke Lord team led by Phil Eisenberg and David Patton (both of Houston) represented Comstock Oil & Gas-Louisiana LLC in the closed acquisition of Louisiana oil and gas assets from Enduro Resource Partners LLC for $34 million. Comstock served as a stalking horse bidder for one of several asset packages sold out of Enduro’s bankruptcy. The deal closed July 31, 2018.
