Locke Lord Counsels CAI Software in Acquisition of Radley Corporation
A Locke Lord team led by Lauren Corbeil (Houston) represented CAI Software, LLC, in the acquisition of Radley Corporation, a leading developer of electronic data interchange and data collection software solutions for manufacturers. According to the press release, Radley’s software solutions complement and add significant value to CAI Software’s existing portfolio of products and services. The deal closed Dec. 23, 2020. Additional assistance was provided by Greg Heath, Eric Larson, Sara Longtain, Tammi Niven, Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders and Jason McCloskey (all of Houston) and Mike Bennett (Chicago).
