A Locke Lord team led by Chris Graham, Jen Lisi and Katie Morin (all of Providence) represented Enhanced Energy Group, Inc., operating as CarbonPoint Solutions, in its sale to Caterpillar Inc. CarbonPoint Solutions is a U.S.-based carbon capture technology company providing cost-effective means of reducing CO2 releases.
