London Team Advises Nightcap on AIM IPO

A Locke Lord team led by Sean Page (London) has advised Nightcap plc (Nightcap) on its £13.5 million AIM IPO and its simultaneous acquisition of The London Cocktail Club Limited. Nightcap was established in 2020 to take advantage of the significant changes taking place within the premium bars segment and the hospitality industry more generally in the UK.
