London Team Advised Nightcap's Refinancing of Banking Facilities With HSBC

A Locke Lord team led by Sean Page (London) represented Nightcap, owner of The Cocktail Club, the Adventure Bar Group and the Barrio Familia group of bars, in a £10 million debt refinancing facility with HSBC. The new debt facility will consolidate the company’s various existing debt facilities totalling £5.5 million across its businesses. The remaining £4.5 million will be reserved for capital expenditure on new sites, which will allow Nightcap to expand its reach in prime locations in London and other key cities. Nightcap currently has 31 open venues and an additional 22 premises under offer or in legal negotiations across each of the company’s brands. For more information, see the press release.
