Houston Partner Ben Cowan Quoted by Associated Press on Expectations of Environmental Review Under Biden Administration for Pipeline Projects

The Associated Press called upon Houston Partner Ben Cowan for insight on actions the Biden Administration is expected to take on pipeline projects after President Biden revoked Keystone XL’s permit and shut down construction. Cowan noted, “I think generally we can expect more rigorous environmental reviews, more scrutiny and so forth. But I would be very surprised if Biden were to take any action of the executive order type.”
