Locke Lord’s Vince Hess served as co-author to the Fifth Edition of the legal treatise Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, a joint venture between Thomson Reuters and the American Bar Association Section of Litigation. The treatise serves as a step-by-step guide covering all aspects of a commercial litigation case. Hess co-authored the ‘Costs and Disbursements’ chapter, which provides an overview of laws relating to the taxation of costs in federal court.
