Asset Acquisition by United Recovery Systems
A team of Mergers and Acquisitions lawyers represented Houston-based United Recovery Systems when, in November 2011, its wholly owned subsidiary, United Recovery Systems, L.P., acquired Aid Associates, Inc., providers of debt collection services with operations in New York and Kentucky. Post acquisition, Aid Associates, Inc. became Plaza Recovery, Inc. The acquisition was reported in EON.
