We represented Providence, RI-based Nautic Partners,a private equity firm with over $2.5 billion in capital under management, in a March 2012 leveraged acquisition of Superior Vision Holdings, Inc. Headquartered in California, Superior Vision provides vision insurance coverage to approximately two million members across all 50 states.
