Edwards Wildman Acts as Disclosure Counsel on $201 Million Miami-Dade County Seaport Revenue P3 Port Tunnel Bond Deal

Edwards Wildman acted as disclosure counsel to Miami-Dade County, Florida in connection with the issuance of the County’s $201 million bond issue which financed a 180 million contribution to a public-private partnership (P3) to finance the Port Tunnel Project. The Port Tunnel is scheduled to open this month, and will be managed by Mat Concessionaire, LLC, for a 35-year term. The Port Tunnel Project, which was initially financed in 2009, will revert to the Florida Department of Transportation in 2044.
