Houston Team Represents Carrizo Oil & Gas in Sale of Certain Assets to EP Energy Corporation for $245 Million

A Locke Lord team led by Terry Radney (Houston) represented Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. in its completed sale of certain assets in the Eagle Ford Shale for $245 million to EP Energy Corporation. The assets include approximately 24,500 net acres located primarily in the downdip area of the volatile oil window of the Eagle Ford Shale. The transaction has an effective date of October 1, 2017.
