Locke Lord Team Represents Amtrol in Acquisition by Worthington Industries for Approximately $283 Million

A Locke Lord team represented New Amtrol Holdings, Inc. and Amtrol Inc., a leading manufacturer of pressure cylinders and water system tanks, in Worthington Industries’ acquisition of Amtrol. The deal signed, closed and was announced on June 2, 2017 with a purchase price of approximately $283 million. The Locke Lord team included M&A and corporate guidance from Douglas Gray, Robert Baute, Gene McDermott and Donna Van Reysen (all of Providence) and Stan Keller (Boston), environmental assistance from Elizabeth Mack (Dallas), FTC assistance from Joseph Farside (Providence) and Stephen Murphy (Washington, D.C.), benefits assistance from Lori Basilico (Providence), and Jaremi Chilton (San Francisco) and IP assistance from Scott Wofsy and Christina London (both of Stamford).
