Locke Lord Represents Tucker Energy Holdings in Sale of Company’s Issued and Outstanding Capital Stock to STEP Energy Services

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) represented Tucker Energy Holdings, Inc. in the sale of all of the company’s issued and outstanding capital stock to STEP Energy Services Ltd. Tucker, a provider of fracturing and completion solutions operating primarily in the SCOOP/STACK and Woodford plays in Oklahoma, was purchased for $275 million. Additional team members included Jerry Higdon, Paul Pruett, Buddy Sanders, Ed Razim, Michael Rose, Michelle Gutierrez-Begin, Elizabeth Corey, Jeannie Diep, and Sarah Roark (all of Houston) and Van Jolas (Dallas).
