A Locke Lord team represented Naturally Slim® of Dallas, a leading digital health platform and metabolic syndrome reduction program, in an acquisition by global private equity firm The Riverside Company for an undisclosed value. Through the investment, Riverside plans to expand Naturally Slim’s customer base, payor network and product capabilities. Additional assistance was provided by Phil Bush, Van Jolas, Geoff Polma and Robin Shaughnessy (all of Dallas).
