Locke Lord Team Represents Nuevo Midstream Dos in Definitive Agreement With ArcLight Capital Partners Affiliate to Purchase Republic Midstream

A Locke Lord team led by Bill Swanstrom and Jennie Simmons (both of Houston) represented Nuevo Midstream Dos, LLC in a definitive agreement with an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners to purchase Republic Midstream, LLC. Nuevo Dos plans to expand Republic Midstream’s crude oil gathering, storage and intermediate transportation system of approximately 100 miles in the Eagle Ford Shale. Nuevo Dos was backed by EnCap Flatrock Midstream in the acquisition and expansion. The transaction closed in April 2019. For more information, see the press release.
