Houston Energy Team Represents Pinnacle Midstream II in Equity Capital Commitment From Management and Energy Spectrum Partners VIII

A Locke Lord team of Eric Larson and Bill Swanstrom (all of Houston) represented Pinnacle Midstream II, LLC in a significant equity capital commitment from management and Energy Spectrum Partners VIII LP. Pinnacle, headquartered in Houston, focuses on the development of energy midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers in various basins across North America. The undisclosed equity commitment will be used to pursue organic greenfield projects, strategic producer partnerships and select acquisition opportunities with a focus on Texas and the surrounding states.
