Multidisciplinary Team Represents White Deer Energy in Sale of Portfolio Company On Point Oilfield Holdings

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) represented White Deer Energy in the sale of its portfolio company, On Point Oilfield Holdings, LLC, to Gravity, a leading water and energy infrastructure company backed by affiliates of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. On Point is an Austin, Texas-based midstream water company that acquires, develops and operates saltwater disposal wells and saltwater pipeline infrastructure in the Permian Basin. Financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
