A Locke Lord team led by Mike Newquist (Providence) represented Kofile, Inc., and its majority investor, Audax Private Equity, in its acquisition of Bizodo, Inc. (d/b/a SeamlessDocs). Kofile is the leading provider of digital transformation services and software for local governments. SeamlessDocs provides digitization and automated workflow and payment services to government customers.
