Locke Lord Represents M6 Midstream Management Team in Multiple Equity Commitments

A Locke Lord team represented the management team of M6 Midstream LLC in equity commitments from management, Yorktown Energy Partners, GSO Capital, Ridgemont Equity Partners, Bengas Midstream and Martin Sustainable Resources. M6 Midstream, established by former senior management of Momentum Midstream, is focused on the development and/or acquisition of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil gathering, fresh water and/or produced water gathering and treating.
