Providence-Led Team Represents Carousel Industries in Sale to NWN Corporation

A Locke Lord team led by Chris Graham and Mike Serra (both of Providence) represented Carousel Industries of North America, Inc., in its sale to NWN Corporation for cash and equity in the buyer. Backed by New State Capital Partners, the combined entity will be a leader in cloud communications and infrastructure services, delivering an estimated $1 billion run-rate revenue in 2021.
