Locke Lord Represented Certus Energy in Business Combination With Rod and Tubing Services

A Locke Lord team led by Jennie Simmons and Jason McCloskey (both of Houston) represented Certus Energy, a premier provider of drill pipe inspection services, tubular thread technologies and pipe and tool rental solutions, in its business combination with Rod and Tubing Services, an oilfield leader in tubular and sucker rod inspection and integrity services, asset management and related data analytics.
