Locke Lord Team Represents Kraken Resources II in $400 Million Equity Commitment From Kayne Anderson

A Locke Lord team represented Kraken Resources II, LLC, in the receipt of an equity commitment in excess of $400 million from funds managed by Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P., including Kayne Anderson Energy Fund VIII, L.P., and Kayne Private Energy Income Fund II, L.P., along with Kraken’s management team. Kraken is a Houston-based, private energy company focused on the acquisition and development of onshore oil and gas assets throughout the Lower 48. For more information, see the press release.
