Locke Lord Represents Mizkan America in $108.5 Million Sale of U.S.-Based Chile Pepper Business

A Locke Lord team represented Mizkan America in the sale of its U.S.-based chile pepper business to Olam International for $108.5 million. Mizkan’s chile pepper business is based in Deming, NM, and is a market-leading processor of green chiles, jalapeño chilies and other specialty chile peppers and produces enchilada sauces that are sold to manufacturing, retail, private label and foodservice customers.
