Locke Lord Represents Owners of PermaPlate Film in Sale to XPEL for $30 Million

A Locke Lord team led by Geoffrey Etherington (Stamford) represented the owners of PermaPlate Film LLC in its sale to NASDAQ-listed XPEL, Inc., for total consideration of $30 million. PermaPlate Film is a distributor and installer of window tint and film paint protection products. XPEL is a provider of protective films and coatings, including automotive paint protection film, surface protection film, automotive and architectural window films and ceramic coatings.
