Texas-Led Team Advises Summit Midstream's Sale of Lane Gathering and Processing System to Subsidiary of Matador Resources

Jennie Simmons and Bill Swanstrom (both of Houston) led a Locke Lord team advising Summit Midstream Partners, a limited partnership focused on developing, owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets, in the sale of its Lane Gathering and Processing System in the Delaware Basin to a subsidiary of Matador Resources Company, a premier upstream and midstream operator in the Delaware Basin, for a cash sale price of $75 million. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022. For more information, see the press release.
