New York-Led Locke Lord Team Served as Regulatory Counsel to Warburg Pincus in Acquisition of K2 Insurance Services From Lee Equity Partners

A Locke Lord team led by Zachary Lerner (New York) served as regulatory counsel to Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor, in its agreement to acquire K2 Insurance Services, a leading independent specialty insurance program manager, from Lee Equity Partners.
