Locke Lord Represents Lightyear Capital in Strategic Investment in Inszone Insurance Services

A Locke Lord team led by Jon Biasetti (Chicago), Jon Gillum (Austin) and Paige Waters (Chicago) represented Lightyear Capital LLC, a New York-based private equity firm that partners with growing companies at the nexus of financial services and technology, health care and business services, on insurance regulatory matters as it entered into a definitive agreement to make a strategic investment in Inszone Insurance Services, LLC, one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the United States.
