Locke Lord Advises Table Talk Pies in Sale to Rise Baking Company

Joe DeMedeiros (Boston), Paul Mahoney (Providence), Brandon Curtin and Mason Marek (both of Boston) led a Locke Lord team that advised Table Talk Pies, a family-owned food manufacturing business, in its sale to Rise Baking Company, a leading bakery manufacturer. Table Talk Pies will continue to operate its bakeries from its Worcester, MA, headquarters. The deal is expected to bring additional production volume to Table Talk Pies’ Central Massachusetts facilities, creating the potential to add to its 350 employees.
