United Counties Council of Illinois

Mike Mannion spoke at the November 19th United Counties Council of Illinois (UCCI) Membership Meeting. He gave a review and analysis of the 2018 General Election results, both locally and nationally. UCCI is a statewide organization of county boards that provides numerous services to Illinois counties and county officials, including tracking proposed legislation and providing legislative input on specific issues that impact county government. 

Mannion is a regulatory and public policy lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience advising senior executive-level clients, boards of directors, CEOs and Presidents of corporations and trade associations on a wide range of matters, including federal and state regulatory and legislative issues.
