Smith Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Institute sponsored by The University of Texas School of Law and the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, taking place on March 29, 2019 in Houston.  David Patton spoke on “Traditional Oil and Gas Interests Financing,” and David Harrell spoke on “Practical Considerations in Arbitration.”  David Patton has served on the Planning Committee for many years and Locke Lord was a proud sponsor of this important event.
