Jerry Francese will participate in the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) International Section’s virtual program, “The Italian Recovery Fund (“PNRR”): How it Works, Opportunities for Investors and Developers, and Cross Border Legal Issues” on May 23, 2022. The program will address investment opportunities under the newly launched Italian Development Fund and accompanying changes in Italian law and cross border legal issues.
Jerry was involved in the planning of this program. Jerry will serve on the panel discussing “Cross Border Legal and Financing Issues Associated with Specific Infrastructure and Green Transition Opportunities.”
