MBA's Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Fraud Prevention Forum 2022

Kip Mendrygal is speaking at the Mortgage Bankers Association's Risk Management, QA and Fraud Prevention Forum 2022 on September 13. Kip's session, " When Good Fraud Investigations Go Bad,” will provide his perspective about what types of fraud attracts the attention of regulators and law enforcement, how routine investigations can take fast and unexpected turns, what conduct makes a financial institution a target, and the quiet but critical role that risk/QA/compliance/fraud personnel play in keeping financial institutions out of harm’s way.
