8th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Master Symposium

David Abramowitz  and Carolyn Blessing will speak at the 8th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes Master Symposium in Chicago on September 21-22, 2022.

David will serve as a panelist on “Skinny Labeling: The Future of Carveouts and the Analyzing the Influence of GSK v. Teva on Competition” and Carolyn will moderate “The APJs Speak on Practice, Policy, and Procedure in the World of Pharmaceutical Patent Validity Changes” panel.

The ACI’s Paragraph IV Disputes Conference hosts the community of Hatch-Waxman practitioners and is part of the only event which shapes the law, policy, and proceedings of Paragraph IV litigation. This in-person event will allow those in attendance to participate in significant peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
