National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds: Legal Seminar

Locke Lord is a proud sponsor of the National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds (NCIGF) Legal Seminar in Minneapolis, MN on June 21-22, 2023. Rowe Snider is Chair of the NCIGF Legal Committee and will participate in several panels throughout the conference. Rowe will moderate "NAIC/Model Act Updates" and "Bar Date Issues" on June 21 and "Legal Issues in Estate Closures" on June 22. He will also provide the closing remarks as NCIGF Legal Committee Chair. Julie Young will serve as a panelist and discuss "Case Law Updates" on June 22. 

The seminar will focus on topics of current and perennial interest to attorneys, guaranty fund managers, and insurance insolvency professionals.
