Chambers and Partners Recognises Locke Lord Lawyers in Chambers UK 2018

November 7, 2017 – Chambers and Partners, in its recently published Chambers UK 2018 rankings, has named two Locke Lord London lawyers as leading practitioners in their respective practice areas and recognised two UK practice areas.

Locke Lord’s UK Consumer Finance practice, maintained its UK-wide Band 3 ranking for the second consecutive year. The team was recognised for having “an expert, niche team in asset finance.” The Firm’s UK Asset & Consumer Finance Group was recently named the Top Asset Finance Team of the Year by Leasing World at its 2017 Leasing World Awards.

London Partner Kevin Heath was also recommended by Chambers UK and maintained a Band 3 ranking. Heath was highlighted for being active in disputes over the enforceability of finance agreements. A source noted that Heath “had a quick response time, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and is an expert in his field.”

Additionally, London Partner David Grant was noted as a Recognised Practitioner in Restructuring/Insolvency by Chambers UK. The Firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group in London, led by Grant, was also highlighted as an Other Noted Firm.
