Chair of Locke Lord’s Texas Public Law Section Robert Miller Quoted on Top Texas Policy Developments in 2017 in Law360

Robert Miller, Chair of Locke Lord's Texas Public Law section, discussed key policy developments in Texas in 2017, including ‘sanctuary city’ legislation, the Texas bathroom bill, and statewide regulation of ridesharing.
