Locke Lord Public Finance Team Ranked Fourth in The Bond Buyer’s H1 2019 Top Bond Counsel for Competitive Sales; Team Had Second-Highest Number of Issues

Locke Lord’s Public Finance team was listed fourth among The Bond Buyer’s list of top bond counsel in competitive sales for the first half of 2019, up from sixth place in H1 2018. Locke Lord had 94 issues, which was the second-highest number of any firm.
