Los Angeles Office Managing Partner Nina Huerta Named Finalist for Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2020 Leaders in Law: Labor and Employment

Nina Huerta, Co-Chair of the Firm's Board of Directors and Managing Partner of the Firm's Los Angeles office, was named a finalist for Los Angeles Business Journal's 2020 Leaders in Law for Labor and Employment. Selected from a pool of 250 nominees, Huerta was one of only four employment lawyers featured as finalists. The publication outlines Huerta's leadership from her appointment as Managing Partner in June 2016 as one of the first Latinas to serve in this role for any major law firm to her current position as Co-Chair of the Firm's Board of Directors. Huerta has also made a significant impact for clients amid the COVID-19 pandemic as a Co-Leader of Locke Lord's COVID-19 Task Force, which provides a coordinated response to clients' range of needs and maintains the Firm's COVID-19 Resource Center.
