Kimberly Hulsey was featured in Law360, highlighting her new position as the Firm's Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, succeeding retired Senior Partner Paulette Brown. Hulsey said she chose Locke Lord because of its commitment to diversity and inclusion, noting the Firm's intentional structure focused on supporting underrepresented associates and partners which she hopes to expand.

“I hope to capitalize on that formidable foundation by expanding our recordkeeping and metrics analysis to help reveal, with precision, the offices and practice areas where diversity is not as robust as we would like,” Hulsey said. “Introducing the powerful impact allyship and a deeper examination of our mentor/sponsorship program will also be areas of focus so that we can be confident of engagement and maximum effectiveness.”
