Bill Swanstrom and Terry Radney, Co-Chairs of Locke Lord’s Energy Practice Group, were quoted by Texas Lawyer, weighing in on the strong year for midstream deals, infrastructure projects, renewables and energy transition initiatives, despite the slowdown in M&A activity.

“Activity in the energy space has returned to pre-pandemic levels, but the mix includes more energy transition work,” Radney notes. “Work on the upstream side is a little slow, but strategic acquisitions will continue,” he said.
