London Partner Kirsty Harrower Profiled in Law.com’s How I Made Partner Feature

Kirsty Harrower, a London Partner in Locke Lord’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group, was profiled by Law.com in its ‘How I Made Partner’ series. In the Q&A, Harrower discusses her experience at Locke Lord, career influences and challenges as well as advice to her younger self. Harrower credits the depth of commitment she demonstrates to her clients and their deals as a major reason she reached the Partnership level at Locke Lord.

Harrower also provided advice to younger associates working to make partner: “You will need to promote your achievements and highlight your strengths, both internally at the firm and externally, but in an authentic way. Don’t feel pressure to be someone you are not. Try to find an opportunity to be mentored by a senior fee earner at your firm, as their insights into the promotion path at your firm will likely be invaluable.”
