A Locke Lord team represented a management team at ConnectGen, LLC in the acquisition of all the non-transmission assets of Clean Line Energy Partners, LLC, which received an undisclosed commitment from Quantum Energy Partners Fund VII and will develop renewable energy projects across North America.
