  • Representing and advising the former management in relation to claims arising out of the collapse of Afren plc
  • Advising the administrators of a major high street retailer on the sale of its UK and European businesses
  • Acting for a Russian-owned BVI company in a multimillion-dollar shareholder dispute conducted under the LCIA Rules
  • Representing a minor shareholder in an unfair prejudice petition/equitable winding up application of a substantial property company
  • Acting for the liquidator of a company in a wide-scale and high-value VAT fraud across multiple jurisdictions
  • Acting for a turnaround investment fund on restructuring companies and purchasing assets out of administration
  • Working on the restructuring of London Broncos Rugby League football club
