Yemi’s experience includes assisting in the representation of:

  • Administrative agents and lenders in ‎numerous loans secured by multifamily, ‎industrial center, medical office, senior ‎housing and life science portfolios ‎located across the United States
  • National and regional lenders in ‎connection with loan restructurings, ‎workouts, assumptions and ‎modifications ranging in loan amounts ‎from $10 million to $415 million‎
  • A joint venture in connection with the financing and due diligence for a $306 million multistate acquisition of five retail portfolio projects, including lease reviews, negotiation of loan documents, title and survey review and drafting of entity formation documents
  • Multifamily developer in the negotiation and arbitration of various HOA pre-suit mediations, turnover disputes and construction defect claims
  • Developers and other investors in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of various multimillion-dollar purchases, sales and leasebacks of commercial real property
