Bryan Boccelli is an Associate in the Chicago office of Locke Lord where he focuses his practice on structured finance, asset-based lending and complex financial transactions. Bryan has experience dealing with transactional and regulatory issues in the finance, energy and insurance industries and has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions of various asset types.

Bryan’s experience includes the following:

Renewable Energy, Infrastructure & Project Financed Development Transactions

• Advised a Liquefied Natural Gas company and helped secure bridge financing of upwards of $200 million resulting in its ability to substantially grow their operations internationally

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Worked on the sale of a property and casualty insurer licensed major insurer in the industry
• Worked on a matter assisting a client with the acquisition of a bond issuer licensed in various states
• Worked on the sale of a boutique hotel to an up-and-coming operator of boutique hotels
