Caroline Boone focuses her practice on commercial matters involving business contracts, compliance issues, banking relationships, digital crisis issues (i.e., data breach and online defamation), and oil and gas royalty disputes.
She has significant experience in financial services litigation, specifically fair lending compliance and litigation of issues involving mortgage origination, servicing and affirmative marketing, including working closely with clients on compliance with federal investigations.
