Domenic Cervoni helps clients to achieve their business objectives responsibly while mitigating legal, reputational and regulatory risk.

Prior to joining the Firm, Dom was Associate General Counsel for HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. where he managed all phases of class action, banking, antitrust, securities and trustee litigation and high-risk regulatory matters. He advised on legal, reputational and regulatory risk strategy and managed dozens of complex litigation matters with different stakeholders, business lines and functions across various global regions.

Before HSBC, Dom worked at a global law firm for six years, where he represented leading U.S. and global financial institutions in complex commercial litigations and investigatory matters.

Dom is a dedicated mentor and frequent speaker and writer on topics such as leadership and best practices for outside counsel. He is also passionate about raising awareness and understanding surrounding mental health and well-being across the legal industry.
