- Led the representation of a middle market private equity firm in its purchase of a commercial services provider in the construction, agriculture, aerospace, marine and medical industries
- Assisted in the representation of a market-leading hyper-automation IT expense management provider in its acquisition of a subsidiary of a telecommunications company
- Led the representation of a collegiate product distributor in its sale of assets to an investment firm
- Assisted in the representation of Nutex Health Inc. in the preparation and filing of a $315 million resale registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
- Assisted in the representation of IPG Photonics Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of high-performance fiber lasers and amplifiers, in the sale of its telecom transmission product lines to Lumentum
- Assisted in the representation of JM Family Enterprises, Inc., in its acquisition of Future Title & Escrow
- Led the representation of MindImmune Therapeutics, Inc., in the issuance and sale of $12.4 million Series A convertible preferred stock
- Led the representation of Nabsys in an investment of $25 million by Hitachi High-Tech Corporation through the issuance and sale of the company’s Series B and B-1 Units
